OUR HISTORY

At Roncher Ranch, in the heart of the Valley of the Lakes,
for over thirty years, passion, tradition and
nature meet in the world of horses and farming.

MARIO

I have been working in the horse world for more than 30 years; my passion began as a child on the family farm, when I was in charge of cattle and draft horses and their use in agriculture.

Over the years, I approached the sporting world of horseback riding and became a federal country riding instructor, a federal equestrian technician, and a hitch technician.
My love for horses and my quest to communicate with them in the most natural way possible, without violence or coercion, led me to delve into natural horsemanship and ethological training through courses and seminars. I have taught riding to a great many children, teens and adults to whom I have tried to pass on the love and passion for horses and the techniques of natural horsemanship. Many of them are now experienced riders. I still teach natural horsemanship today through courses, seminars, and I try to give unique and exciting experiences to people who are approaching the world of horses for the first time or to experienced riders who are interested in discovering the beauty of our territory in the saddle through treks and rides.

I was also able to pass on my passion and skills to my children, Giulia and Andrea, who to this day are by my side in pursuing this great dream.

GIULIA

I was born and raised around horses, starting riding even before I could walk when my dad would take me riding with him. From an early age I had a great passion for animals and in particular for horses. Following in my father’s footsteps, I learned to communicate with horses in a natural and respectful way, trying to turn my great passion into a profession.

I graduated as a country riding technician and deepened ethological and natural training techniques through courses and seminars.

I have a degree in Tourism, Sports and Events Management, a diploma as a professional agricultural entrepreneur and a license for the cultivation and processing of offiginal and alimurgical plants. Through my work, I try to convey my love of horses, nature and the environment to people who want to discover the rural world and have unique experiences in nature.

ANDREA

I was also born and raised on the family farm, in contact with nature, horses and ranch animals. I have always had a great manual dexterity and desire to do, I have always helped my dad from a very young age in the activities of the farm, in the construction and realization of the structures for our animals. I am a graduate of the agricultural technical institute of San Michele All’Adige and I am an agricultural entrepreneur. I am the one who mainly takes care of the countryside, haymaking and feeding, taking care of and caring for our animalsand especially the horses.

Our mission.

Promoting an authentic and respectful connection with horses, conveying the passion and techniques of natural horsemanship. Give unique emotions in the saddle immersed in the nature of the valleys of Trentino and introduce everyone to the products of our land and local traditions.

Our values

Passion for horses, respect for animals and nature, and the family tradition we have handed down for generations are at the heart of our farm. We believe in harmony between horse and
rider, practicing natural riding without violence. We cultivate using the organic method, fully respecting nature and the environment.

“”Just had the experience and fully satisfied. The ride lasted 2 hours between preparation and route through the woods so in the shade and cool, which was great for both us and the horses. We give kudos to the two girls who professionally assisted us and to the riding school for the management and care of the horses.”
