HORSE BREEDING

Our horses live naturally, barefoot (without shoes), in herds, in a large paradise paddock. This type of structure allows for continuous movement of horses, sociality and relationships within the herd. Horses of various breeds and ages live at the ranch: shetland ponies and Sardinian ponies, paint horses, quarter horses, appalloosa, Haflinger, Anglo-Arabian, and countois.

Horse training also reflects their nature: in fact, we use the natural method, creating a relationship with the horse without the use of form or violence or coercive means but through love, language and leadership. We train horses and make them confident with humans and the natural environment for walking and trekking.

PAINT

We have two paint horse broodmares certified in America. They are the horses of the Indians, willing to work, reliable, intelligent and very sensitive. Beautiful in their size, like a painting.

QUARTER

Quarter horses are the quintessential American riding horses. Very versatile, intelligent and fast, this breed is very suitable for ranch work, going for walks and treks. On the ranch we have a few quarter mares.
