HORSE RACING IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE ANCIENT ROMANS – Beginner Level

If this is your first time riding or you have little experience – or if you simply want to experience nature at a slow pace – this experience is for you! Together with an experienced guide you will be taken along the Cavedine Archaeological Trail, through forests, trails, traces of the ancient Roman road, and open views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Before you leave you will receive basic directions to follow along the route, and if you choose the hour-and-a-half option, before we go out on the walk we will get to know the horse in the arena, get familiar with it, and get some practice with the horse so you can approach the walk with confidence. If necessary, the guide accompanies on foot (always in the presence of children) so that you can be guided safely and enjoy the experience to the fullest.

In the 1.30-hour walk, the first half hour takes place in the arena for a briefing on horse handling and management techniques and practice riding the horse before the hike in the woods.

2-HOUR HORSEBACK RIDING EXCURSION – BEGINNER LEVEL
